Our accessories and smaller items of furniture will be delivered in 3-7 days.
Large items will be delivered using a two-man service which is fulfilled by our delivery partners at Panther logistics.
You will be contacted by our delivery partner with a date and delivery window. It is your responsibility to be in at the time of delivery.
If you miss your delivery window please contact us ASAP and we will attempt to book this in for the next working day. You will be unable to rebook delivery directly through the delivery service. If we do not hear from you in a timely manner, your order may be returned to us and incur a charge.
Return fees will be determined by the courier. This is also applicable for orders which do not fit in your property.
The Ordering Process
We strive to create the best possible shopping experience for every customer, and our streamlined ordering process has been designed to reflect that.
Once you’ve ordered your new homeware, you will receive an order confirmation straight to your email (we recommend checking your spam too). If you don’t receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order please get in touch with our friendly customer service team by emailing email@example.com
Our wonderful warehouse team will then hand-pick your order and get it ready for dispatch within 24 hours for all in-stock items.
For our premium, made-to-order items, you will receive an update on your order shortly before it is due to be delivered. Each made-to-order product differs in the length of time that delivery takes, so this can be anywhere between 6-12 weeks.
Once your order has been dispatched, one of our designated couriers will get in touch to provide tracking information and an estimated delivery day and time that you can expect to receive your order. For larger items such as beds and sofas, the courier will be in touch to arrange a day and time that suits you to be home for delivery.

Once You Receive Your Item
Once you have received your items, please confirm that you have received your full order and check thoroughly for damages. If you find any damage to the product, you must take note of these immediately and contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage. This will help us resolve any issues as soon as possible
